Tanya Malhotra completed her Bachelors of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) from Delhi University and, thereafter did her postgraduate study in Clinical Nutrition from Medvarsity. She first did her own research in Ayurveda and Vedanta Darshan (Vedic Philosophy) and, finally, from the age of 21, she began doing her bit for the community. In more than nine years of clinical practice, she has served as a house physician for the Government of NCT of Delhi and has been the youngest Nadi Physician of the Art of Living Foundation.
